I invite you today to notice what’s stirring within you.

What are you creating?

What are you no longer willing to tolerate?

Courage is the changemaker.

Being true to yourself is the leader within.

Learning to stop, pause, and savor the subtle shifts—the quiet moments that surround you—is part of the work. Embrace them.

I woke this morning with the sun dancing across my bedroom and the birds chirping outside. I realized I hadn’t heard them in a while—yet they were always there.

I hadn’t noticed the way the sun plays with the shadows on my walls in a while—yet she has been there-trying to get my attention. Today I saw. Today I held the sounds, the warmth, the lightness of the morning and tucked these offerings gently into my mind and heart.

I woke feeling soft, held, and genuinely excited for what’s next, despite the troubles that have sat at our doorstep and the heaviness that anchored so much of this past year. In this moment -- it has all lifted.

Even if fleeting, I recognize it. I see it.

This year lived up to its name—the year of shedding and transformation. A true year of the snake. It cleared, pushed, aligned, and hopefully revealed what matters most—to what is uniquely yours.

We so often try to fit into a mold we believe is “the right path,” squeezing ourselves into discomfort because we think discomfort is the sign of growth. Sometimes it is. But often, it’s your body telling you that path isn’t meant for you. There are others. There are always others. And there is courage and strength in choosing the one that feels like coming home. It doesn’t mean it’s easy—but it is yours.

So, on this final day of 2025, let’s honor the layers that have been shed. Let’s look for the light that dances around us. Let’s acknowledge the challenges and shadows that shaped us so powerfully—so that you can emerge stronger, taller, and more victorious than ever.
