What is MFM?

Modern Freedom Movement™ (MFM™) combines Yoga, Dance, Breathwork,

EFT (Body Tapping), Hypnotic Relaxation (PMR), NLP and a series of Mirroring techniques, encouraging a journey of deep soul exploration and guidance back to the Authentic Self.

MFM™ IS FREEDOM.

  • As a practice, it offers empowerment and self-authentication back to the individual.

It reframes the mind, brings healing and teaches strength, wisdom, PEACE, relaxation and provides tools for Karmic clearing and Trauma recovery.

  • It offers joy, grace and restoration of FAITH through soul exploration and self-discovery.

MFM™ offers inner freedom to each person, offering lifelong tools that will assist in freeing the ego, mind and limiting beliefs from outdated consciousness streams.

 

  • It works with the body and the subconscious mind to release outdated/limiting patterns and beliefs. This practice will bring you into unity with your True Self.

  • It allows and creates a safe space for creative and progressive expressive movement, emotional freedom release (utilizing teachings from Eastern and Western styles).

  • It helps to identify and repair any soul or energetic fragmentation that the student may have experienced in this lifetime or past lifetimes.

 

  • MFM™ offers you wholeness, self-unity and strengthens your energetic fields.

This practice is like no other.

What does the class structure look like?

At Modern Spirit Wellness (Home of The Modern Spiritualist™, LLC) we blend various holistic and spiritual practices, drawing from Eastern and Western teachings.

 

Teacher and Founder of both The Modern Spiritualist™ and MFM™,

Danielle Federico, begins each class with light breathwork (Pranayam), connecting the student back to the physical body.

She then guides the students through an empowerment meditation, teaching self-scanning healing methods. EFT is utilized as needed throughout the class structure (tapping techniques)

to assist the students through the Inner Self Doorways.

Various songs are played in class and many styles of music are explored.

Each class is carefully planned to support the students and the outcome of their experiences. Yoga is a journey of oneness, of service, of discovery - of UNION.

 

Dance leads the dancer back to their inner weavings of Divine Self.

Dance, when explored without judgement or bias can unlock and free the practitioner

from self-destructive patterning.

For larger groups, we often ask for group participation, utilizing certain language patterns to increase cellular healing.

The groups are asked to mirror a partner in class and speak only positive affirmations out loud while holding various postures.
