Modern Freedom Movement™ is a strategic blend of movement, breathwork, mindfulness,
and progressive relaxation, utilizing reframing and mirroring techniques
that release limiting beliefs within the mind, body, and spirit.
Classes are designed for women 40+, who are looking for an all-inclusive practice.
MFM™ was created by Conscious Living Coach Danielle Federico, who
works with movement as a creative lifestyle to encourage and strengthen
the nervous system, to reduce high cortisol, and to bring balance to the hormonal system.

WHAT IT DOES
Modern Freedom Movement™ offers empowerment and self-authentication back to the individual.
It reframes the mind, supports healing, and encourages strength, wisdom, and deep relaxation.
This practice provides tools for focus, emotional steadiness, and anxiety reduction,
while helping regulate cortisol levels to support hormonal balance during midlife transitions.
This modality is designed to work with the whole‑body system.
It includes breath exploration, intuitive mobility, and fascia‑aware movement
that increase flexibility and restore ease in the body.
The practice also engages the subconscious mind to release limiting patterns
and beliefs that keep the nervous system in a stress‑response loop.
Modern Freedom Movement™ creates a safe space for creative, progressive, and expressive movement.
It encourages deep breathing and mental focus to establish balance, structure, and fluidity in your flow.
By supporting cortisol regulation, it helps women rebuild energy,
reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with their natural hormonal rhythm
Danielle is a professional movement coach and former yoga educator
with extensive experience supporting women through nervous‑system regulation and somatic healing.
She previously owned Modern Spirit Wellness in North Reading, MA,
where she facilitated hundreds of yoga and wellness classes for youth and adults.
She has taught at a variety of studios and contributed to yoga teacher trainings,
offering guidance in movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness.
Danielle is a trauma‑informed yoga and somatic instructor whose work focuses on increasing mobility,
supporting a calm body and mind, and helping women regulate cortisol
for improved hormonal health and overall well‑being.
She also offers these classes for Companies, Wellness Practices, Retreats, and more.
