WELCOME TO MODERN FREEDOM MOVEMENT™ 

where yoga is redefined

Modern Freedom Movement™ is a strategic blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), utilizing reframing and mirroring techniques that release limiting beliefs  within the mind, body and spirit.

It is designed for those who are looking for an all-inclusive practice.

This is offered 1-1 and not in a group setting so that you feel safe,

confident and motivated to apply this movement to all areas of your life.

This practice is designed by Conscious Movement and Conscious Living Coach, Danielle Federico who

utilizes movement as a creative lifestyle to encourage and strengthen the

mindset for the student in order to achieve individual life goals.

 

This practice is best for strength training, inner healing, increased focus,

professional success (used for business professionals and entrepreneurs to encourage confidence and career growth)

These practices allow you to explore yoga as movement by your own design.

Positive affirmations and free form flow are a part of this practice.

Explore breathwork, positive reinforcement for centering, grounding and balancing.

 

What it does:

Modern Freedom Movement™ offers empowerment and self-authentication back to the individual.

It reframes the mind, brings healing and teaches strength, wisdom,

relaxation and provides tools for focus and anxiety reduction.​

 

This practice offers breath exploration and increases mobility and flexibility,

offering tools that will assist in moving energy in the body and allowing for practice on and off the mat.

It works with the Whole-body system and the subconscious mind to release limiting patterns and beliefs.

It offers a safe space for creative and progressive, expressive movement. 

This practice encourages deep breathing (Pranayama) and mental focus to establish balance and structure in your flow.

Danielle is a professional movement coach with years of experience as a yoga educator.

She is a trauma-informed instructor and works with children and adults to help increase flexibility,

support a calm body, mind and spirit and offers these classes for Corporations, Schools, Wellness Practices, Retreats and more.

60 minutes: $125

90 minutes: $144

 

In-person

Danielle offers private sessions at her Amesbury, MA studio by appointment only

In-person sessions require a four session package, paid in full
