The intense waves are expanding our Heart chakras, therefore many of us are healing and clearing old patterns to make space for new. Time is either accelerating or completely stopping, that can affect your body temperature as well as cause dizziness and nausea. The Universe is gifting us these higher frequencies so we are able to connect to Mother Earth as she shifts and flows into the 5D.
They are forcing us to fully surrender and REST.
We are still under Mercury Retrograde and are being shown to honor these gifts so we may integrate during the waves.
