Across two decades of working with actors and talent, one recurring pattern emerges: creatives often lose their focal point. In the rush to deliver what directors or casting agents want, artists frequently disconnect from their own intuitive compass-forgetting that true presence begins from within. It's important to follow these three rules:
-Find your breath.
-Practice diaphragm breathing.
-Clear your mind.
-Envision the role.
-Trust your gut.
-Get out of your mind.
-Don't worry about what others are thinking.
