SUMMER YOGA YOUTH CAMP (AGES 11-14)
This Summer Yoga Camp will allow your pre-teens to experience inner growth, connection and exploration of SELF! We will have outdoor walking meditations, lots of movement, hula hooping and learning about building confidence through Gratitude, Mantra, Breathing Techniques and Mudra.
