Some of our Yoga classes are more intensive and we would like to speak with you

ahead of time to ensure you are reserving the most suitable class for your continued wellness.

There may be times that a Private Session is recommended

before committing to a movement class.

On rare occasions a referral to another studio location

will be made to accommodate specific requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund your appointment

at any time due to the nature of our business.

We are mindful of the weekly energy forecasts and on some occasions appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled if the energy is not supportive.

If you are within the 24 hours, you may submit a reschedule request.

 Someone will get back to you to reschedule your appointment for the next available session.


 - All cancellations that are NOT met in the 24-hour timeframe WILL NOT be refunded and the full purchase price will be retained. 

- Reschedules will be treated as a new appointment.


- A refund will only be given up to one week (7 days) prior to the series start date.

(if there is one going on) to make it up.

- If there is not another series taking place, the class missed will be forfeited.
