Join Danielle Federico for a Wintering and Apothecary class where she will share with you:

-Building your Apothecary - storage, maintenance, shelf life of herbs, labeling and more

-Demonstrations of two tinctures that will support your immune system

-Discussion of Adaptogens that will keep you warm and strong all winter long

-A winter soup recipe that is immunity boosting and soul soothing!

Learn why wintering is important for herbalists and how to think ahead, prepare and plan for spring.

In this class, you will feel inspired to begin your own apothecary, feel confident with herbal medicine making and get into the wintering spirit!

All online, from the comforts of home.

• A recording of the class will be provided to all participants. 
• We do encourage you to be live for the class for Q&A, Community networking, support and learning.

You will receive a list of ingredients prior to class as well as the soup recipe if you would like to make your tinctures during class. 

We encourage you to make the soup at home and share your results with the group!
