Lauren draws on a lifelong dream of hairstyling to create a venue

where everyone can feel comfortable and confident about getting their hair done.

​

Lauren’s unique approach to hair starts with her empathy.

She believes in getting to know each client, to celebrate their individual beauty, style, and hair character

so, they can feel confident in expressing who they are.

​

A North Shore native, Lauren began her professional career as an RN in Boston, before altering course in 2013.

She set eyes on New York City, where she would attend the Aveda Institute of Manhattan,

followed by an apprenticeship under Nackie Karcher at The Karcher Salon in Brooklyn.

​

As a budding stylist, New York provided multitudes of inspiration and creative energy.

However, it is Lauren’s love of helping people, one-on-one that comes through in her identity as a stylist.

​

Lauren has partnered with The Modern Spiritualist to offer updo's and styling for our Modern to Vintage photoshoots,

Weddings and Special Occasions.
